ABOUT

Denise loves helping people. She found joy in nutrition therapy as a clinical dietitian in 1996, when she began serving people in various contexts throughout their life cycles. Denise started her clinical journey at the Nelson Mandela Metropol Hospital Complex in the Eastern Cape, SA. Her first clinical private practice from 2006 to 2018 was at Life Mercantile Hospital in Gqeberha, SA, as Denise Stokell. 'Denise Caron Dietitians' (DCD) has been situated at Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital, Cape Town, South Africa (SA), since 2018. She has experience in pediatric and adult nutrition therapies.

Pricing

DCD uses the Nutrition Care Process (NCP)

Rooms and virtual services are offered, as well as in-hospital services.

First consultation:

Medical, clinical & diet assessment, Inner-scan, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention, education, custom recommendations & guidelines

Second consultation:

monitoring and evaluation, inner-scan weigh in

Follow up consultations:

Inner-scan weigh in and education and/or intervention

Weigh-in:

Inner-scan measures: weight, body fat %, lean muscle weight, visceral fat, water and bone mass

Packages:

Discounted packages are available for long term to follow up consultations and inner-scan weigh-ins.

Meal Plans

Costs R700, advised if needed or provided on request.

Payment

DCD is a cash practice. The cash discount is up to R150 less than medical aid rates

DCD will claim from your medical aid on your behalf on request. Medical aid prices are at medical aid rates.

NB! Discounted follow up packages apply to both cash and medical aid patients.
